Booking Info


When it comes to booking your session, how exciting! I will send over dates I have available within the time frame you need if I have availability. I am fairly flexible and can generally get you on the books with in a reasonable time! Once we set an agreed time, date, and location, I will send over a questionnaire to get to know you better and also to see what your vision is for your selected session. This is just to give me a better understanding to fit your expectations. Within that email you will also get a contract that explaining the estimated timeline, what to expect, and the session amount. Then lastly the invoice that has detailed information on your session charge and how to go forward with paying your non-refundable retainer and/or session fee!


(Session will not be fully booked until contract is signed and retainer is paid.)

Deposit Info


All session retainers are 50% of the session fee and credits towards your final payment. All retainers are non-refundable as they are to hold the date and time of your session. Retainers are due 24 hours after booking, if not paid after 24 hours your booking will be opened for other bookings and you will need to book a different date if the original is no longer available.

Scheduling Info


Scheduling is first come first serve. No spots can be held without a paid retainer.


In the event client needs to reschedule, within a 48 hour window there will be a $50 rescheduling fee. If client reschedules within a 24 hour window there will be a $75 rescheduling fee. **Weather does not apply to rescheduling fee, ie. rain, snow, natural disaster**


**If reschedule is needed, client is required to book within 30 days as long as weather permits.**

Cancelation Policy


If client cancels within a 48 hour window there will be a fee of $50. If client cancels within 24 hour window there will be a fee of $75.

If client cancels day of the session, the entire session fee is due.

Late/ No Show Policy


If client is late and informs the photographer that will cut into your session time and may result in not getting the desired amount of photos agreed upon.


If client is 15 minutes late without informing the photographer that will result in a no show and photographer will forfeit the session.

Online Gallery Info


Client will receive their proofing gallery to pick their images on an online gallery in 10 days. Images will be watermarked until client decides on their selected photos. Once images are selected then photographer will edit photos and send your images with a watermark until downloaded. Once downloaded the watermark will go away, this protects the photographer from any copyright.


Your gallery will come with a private pin only assigned to you, unless client decides to share it with family and friends. Images will be available for download as many times as you'd like for 6 months, after that they will be deleted from your gallery to maintain space for other sessions but you will keep your gallery for when you book with Adi again!

Other Disclaimers


  • Photographer does not give RAW files.
  • If client is unhappy with any images they are to message Adi within 7 (seven) days to make any corrections.
  • Adi cannot guarantee any smiles from anyone but will try her hardest.
  • Adi edits in both color and black and white.
  • Rescheduling due to weather conditions is up to Adi, the photographer. Due to Okinawa's unpredictable weather, all sessions will be completed with the exception of rain.
  • Editing of photos will begin when your session has been paid in full.
  • Please allow up to a 4 week turn around time, Adi will provide a proofing gallery in 10 days.
